The Idaho Vandals. What can we say that hasn't already been
said? Well pretty much everything, no one is talking about the Idaho Vandals
football program. Mike is an Idaho alumni and that for some reason means that
you should be forced to hear about them as well. It’s good to try new things.
If you ask him I think Mike would say that being an Idaho
Vandals fan is a lot like being a Cubs fan. Actually now that I’m thinking
about it he wouldn't say that. The Cubs don’t make a habit of losing more than
seventy percent of their games year after year. So what is it like to be a
Vandals fan then? Have you ever seen a pretty girl’s mascara run? Mike looks
like that for three months out of the year minus the mascara and the pretty
part.
But somehow he insists on believing every year of the
college football season is a brand new season full of limitless possibilities,
at least until kickoff.
